Jennifer Weber Share is the Senior Manager of Workforce Readiness and Business Development at Corporate Voices for Working Families. In her position, Jennifer manages the organization’s education and talent development initiatives, including coordinating relationships with businesses, education institutions, nonprofits and community organizations; creating publications and presenting on business and education partnerships; and coordinating the Workforce Readiness Task Force of business leaders.
Jennifer also leads the organization’s membership recruitment and retention efforts including strategy, relationship development, communications and directing the annual corporate partners’ meeting, including contract negotiations, fundraising, communications and on-site coordination.
Previously, Jennifer was employed at Jobs for America’s Graduates, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting at-risk youth graduate from high school and move into post-secondary education or onto a career path and The Fund for American Studies Institute on Business and Government Affairs, a college internship program for students across the globe.
Jennifer holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Political Science from the University of South Dakota. She and her husband reside in Silver Spring, Maryland.
